Default b16a rebuild

I just turbo'd by b16a and am already getting blow by so I'm gonna re-ring and add a block guard at the same time. Does anyone have torque specs for he rebuild to help a brotha out. Thanks for any assistance.

is ur motor all stock?? most people get blow by when they turbo a honda...get a catch can..and ive heard(dont know for sure) that u shouldnt add a block guard unless ur going to be honing it afterwards cuz it might cause the cylinders to move a lil bit when tapping it it
