Default b16a problem? help!

I got a 88-91 b16 in a 89 si hatch, has anyone ever ran into a problem running the pw0 ecu? On the freeway at cruising speeds (70mph) with light throttle seems to feel like it accelerates and deaccelerates on its own? It only does it cruising on the freeway at light to moderate throttle (no load)?
Other than that it runs great and pulls good....No Check Engine light or anything? Please help.
I suspect the ecu?
