I've had a B16A swap done on my '91 Civic HB. The shop in charge of the swap screwed something up in the VTEC wiring harness that was resolved by installing a ZDYNE ECU. Ever since the engine swap I have noticed that my idiot lights in my dash cluster would dim along with my tach needle jumping. After installing the ZDYNE the dimming and jumping stopped. Now, however, the backlight on my gauge cluster will vigorously dim when the car is running, getting worse with any throttle. Any ideas would be appreciated.
