B16A Swap Issues Again
Hello, H-T!
I recently converted my whole 98 EK hatch to obd2b from obd2a. (every harness and full dash swap including hvac)
I did this right after my B16A swap into it.
Completed the B16A swap first and motor would run but now after I converted the whole rest of the car, the motor will not turn over.
Some details:
1. Electronics work including the instrument cluster
2. When the ignition is on (II), fuel pump primes and main relay clicks as normal.
3. I have some plugs that I cannot figure out where they go.
4. My scanner tool can't identify the ECU. Maybe a plug I missed?
5. SRS components are not plugged in yet.

The green plug in your first picture should connect near the factory ECU location. The engine harness and the cabin harness should connect together at this green plug... and there should be an additional ECU plug on the cabin harness near the green plug and it should plug into the OBD-2B ECU... along with the other two ECU plugs from the engine harness. The second and third pictures that you have posted appear to be from the driver's side of the car and would have no bearing on the ability to start the car.

Re: B16A Swap Issues Again
Okay, I have elimited a couple of problems.
I got it to start now - I thought that the clutch safety switch could just be left unplugged to start without clutch but I was wrong and have since spliced it and started the car.
3rd pic I found is for my power mirrors and dimmer switch.
Now all that remains is the green plug.
Actually the green plug in the pic comes from the cabin harness near the HVAC stuff. It's not very long though, maybe 6 inches? The ECU already has all of its plugs.
