Default B16a ECU Throwin Codes, help...

I just got finished doing the coolant bypass, and almost regretting it now. I started it up, and it had BAD idle problems. I found the problem, a vacuum line...and quickly fixed. The ECU is now blinking 5 times quickly together. Anyone know what code this is? I don't have a B16 manual. After doing bypass, should I disconnect the IACV, or just leave it plugged in? Also, what kind of vacuum leaks are going to be left over now, and might they be causing the code?

Yeah, I didn't have a couple of vacuum lines plugged in. I got the correct hoses on the right nipples, and everything is flowing fine
