Default b16 wont start, help!

i just swapped a b16 into my del sol. cam timing is good, i used an ex wiring harness and pretty much everything was plug and play. the problem im having is the damn thing cranks but wont start up. it's getting fuel but a really weak spark. i swapped the guts out of my single cam dizzy and it was the same. i swapped my friends gsr dizzy onto my car and it was the same. i know the ecu is good as well. is this most likely because of a bad ground? any other thoughts on what might be causing the problem?

you didn't convert from external to internal on the harness did you? my friend had the same problem swapped ecu's and dizzy's,it had a weak spark and they ended up swapping another wiring harness and it started right up. because someone tried to convert the harness to internal coil and thats what screwed it all up.

no, no aftermarket ignition or anything. i used the ex harness and the dizzy plugs plugged right up to it and everything.
