Default b16 tranny question

hey whats up guys i have a question i have a 93 civic hatch with a obd1 gsr swap with itr cams and a skunk 2 mani i/h/e every thing else stock i ran a 13.3@99mph 1.7 60ft on mh 22 inch slicks on ls special edition rims my question is my friend has a b16tranny with a gsr 3rd and 4th gear would that help me out over the stock gsr tranny or no cause im not gonna waste my time going to the track with the gsr tranny and the same setup cause i dont think i can get much better than that lol also hes letting me use his clutch and 12lb fly wheel if anybody can help me out it would be greatly apreciated thank u

the only difference would be second gear if it has gsr 3rd and 4th. u should try a regular b16 trans with LSD.

WELL IM BOROWING IT FROM MY BOY JUST TO SEE IF I CAN DO A LITTLE BETTER CAUSE IF I GO WITH THE SAME SETUP I AINT GONNA GO ANY FASTER BUT I DO PLAN ON GETTING A B16 TRANNY
