Default b16 ticking

Ok this may seem wierd. When I am sitting in the car with the windows up at idle, i car hear a ticking, not just the noise of the valves that is normal to a b16. If I open the hood and listen I can't hear it at all. I did do a 5th gear to 2nd gear **** up and also turned the cam gear around when the timing belt was off, but I'm hoping its not a bent valve. Any ideas?

Does the ticking get louder from idle to around 3k then go away as you rev higher? I have this problem and was told it was caused by bad Lost Motion Assemblies (LMA's). Very common to b16a's, especially first gens.

if they were just replaced, then maybe they need to be adjusted?

its not that expensie to get them adjusted...actually it shoudl be free if u had them replaced by sum1, bu if u did it it wont cost u that much.
