I need ot know what thermo sensor to buy for a b16 sirI. Can i use a usdm b16a sensor or wil i have to get one from a different motor to use. I need to know with a quickness. kandekilla@earthlink.net thanks in advance

 

for a 1st gen b16, if you mean the fan switch you can use one out of 90-91 ls (back of the block)
thermostat you can use any b-series

 

aighty, Yeah not hte fan switch the actual sensor on the block. I wasn't sure. I am a d series nut. Never psent much time on bseries vtec motors. Now i have on and need to fix it. Stupid thing arced the battery out and fried all the sensors. I really needto relocate the battery. I hate hte position it is in. PLus i forgot to wrap the intake. DOH. ohwell I am not paying for repairs. I am jsut doing the work.
