B16 S1 trany. problems please help

I have not 1 but 2 S1 transmission and i have no 3rd gear in both. My transmission shop said the gears are good and it is the synchros. Anyone had the same problem or does anyone know what synchros to use.

no US syncros work, you need to find yourself some JDM ones
