Default B16 problems no fuel to cylinder

OK, heres the situation, i just got my b16 out of the shop, when i first got it i was firing on all cylinders, now i am not firing on the one that is on the drivers side. I checked this by pulling the wires off the dizzy one by one, this one had no effect. The first thing i did was to change the plugs, the one pulled from that cylinder was covered in ****. After the plugs were changed, i still was only firing on 3 cylinders, so i checked the wires, the resistance was acceptable. I pulled the plug again, and put a spark plug on the wire grounded it , and it sparked no prblem. The i realized that there is no fuel going into the cylinder, what do i do next? what do i check?

Thanks, Evan

Check to see if you're pulling any ecu codes by jumping the lil green box underneath the glove box. That might tell you whats wrong with it.
