Default b16 oxygens sensor... problems if switched?

I remember someone posting that if the oxygen sensors on a b16 swap in ef are switched the car won't drive smoothly at constant speeds and will "hiccup" or what not. I'm experience is slight hiccup and wonder if I'm being affected by this.

Also there's no problems with driveability or power or ecu codes so hmmm..

Also when replacing cam seals and seal plugs is it best to use the plastic as opposed to the rubber and is it a good idea to use hondabond for these?

switched o2 sensors will cause no codes, but will cause hesitations, and slight drivability problems at light throttle cruising.
