B16 motor swap problems!

Swaped a b16a in a 94 civic ex. ecu throwing a Intake Temp. sensor and crankshaft position sensor. Can't fix HELP!

is your motor a jdm or usdm motor and what ecu r u running

It's a Jdm B16a with a reprogrammed obd-I ecu by phearable.net. Car runs strong and idles normal when cold, then goes into safe mode when warmed up.
