i have a ls/vtec wit a b16 head and i just took off the head to install dual valve springs and ti retainer and valves ..so now i go back to put my head back on and my car doesn't start it vrank but it won't turn over.. need help..asap

 

Do a valve adjustment. Bet you have no or very low compression.

 

i adjusted the valves already compression is on point

 

Verify that you have spark and fuel. If so its mechanical. If you don't then your problem has been solved.

 

yes i have sparks and the timing right on point but the injector shoot all at once and its suppose to shoot one at atime
