Ok, I just swaped in a b16 into my gsr shell, I want to make srue the wiring is all correct since it is JDM and I had to cross the wires to the opposite sides. Can I just turn the ignition into the ON(not start teh car) position without all the other grounds connected besides the battery. IE- engine ground, alt ground etc.

Also
1. On the right side, theres one clip that has no where to plug into, and its also has a cap on it(engine harness side). What do I do with this.(Ill post pictures later.

2. Two of the clips are exactly the same, one on each side. If you look at them they are the only 2 that are perfectly square in shape(the other clips are slightly rectangular etc.) SO I switched these locations just as everything else is supposed to be switched, this is correct right.
