Default B16, Fuel In Oil?

Friend of mine has a B16 in his teg, He bought the car for 700 bucks, we smelled fuel in the oil, so we changed it....

But now it smells like it again and the oil is black again after barley any driving,

Someone suggested cehcking the PCV system, but i dont think this car has one..

Also does anyone think its piston rings?

If so, How much is a set of decent pistons ( maybe after market) with rings and everything needed?

leaking rings will create more blowby in the crankcase, and will destroy the oil's ability to do its job in short order.
