ARP2000 3/8 Bolts are 48-50ft-lbs. w/ ARP Moly (7/16 Wrench Head)
ARP2000 5/16 Bolts are 26-28ft-lbs. w/ ARP Moly (3/8 Wrench Head)
tighten all of them half the final torque specs first then torque them to the specs. if your not using a bolt stretch gauge make sure you tighten them to the specs. loosen them up and tighten them again. I think ARP's site says to do this 4-5 times.
