torque specs

I'm looking for torque specs for gsr eagle rod bolts.And also torque specs for arp head and main cap bolts

Rod bolts, 28 ft/lb
ARP studs 68-72 with ARP moly lube
Main studs is 47 for the longer bolts and 54 for the shorter (non girdle)
