Default b16 and d16 rod bearings the same?

i have a set of b16 rod bearing and wanted to know if they are the same that are used on the d16a6. i tried them on the crank and they looked and felt as if they were going to work, but i wanted to see what everyone else said.... thanks

I HAVE SOME EXTRA parts layin around so i tried the b16 bearing in the d16 rod and they fit fine i guess the only difference is the d16 bearing has a oil passage and the b16 doesnt. the d16 bearing is 18mm wide and the b16 is 19mm wide so i dont know if that will affect it some how. let me know what you guys think.
