here are some pics

this is the line it comes out from under the throttle body

it has to go in one of these two holes

problem is if it goes on the one with the hexigonal shape piece the tube is to big to fit around the little nipple and its to small to fit around the hexigon

Hexagon is your bleeder, it wont go there. It's a nipple that is coming out of the block / head on that side. I dont see it in the pics. It comes out of the block / head area to the throttle boddy, out the throttle body to the IACV. You can skip the whole throttle body part but that wont help you much since you can't find where to start at. Is that the B16A2 or a different head?

What does that hose say... If thats teh case then it will be the hose for your PVC breather, or oil chamber, cant think right now.... or it could go to your charcol canister which is right next to your battery.

Beta: your takin about teh coolant bypass thing, **** i forgot the real name for it. Water outlet cover, your upper radiator hose will plug into it and there should be a nipple on the back.

But that pic says the line is for "fuel/emissions" leading me to thing oil chamber or PVC related.

Should go to a nipple on the water outlet just below left of the bleeder nipple. Is that plugged?

See http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org and check the water hose diagram for a 1992 Integra GSR.

Later models let the coolant flow through the fast idle valve and into the trottle body and eliminated some hoses. Looks like you have some mismatched throttle body, head, and or water outlets. I would go from the nipple on the intake runners at the head to the fast idle then out of the fast idle and into the throttle body. The coolant will then return in the center of the large water pipe that leads to the water pump. Block off the extra nipple at the water inlet.

See http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and check the water hose diagram for a 1995 Del Sol VTEC for the newer routing.
