B16 cam caps....

Default B16 cam caps....

ok so i bought a b16a2 head, only with the cams and vtec solidnoid. ok so now i need everything else, especially the cam caps. i was wondering, if i could use a first gen b16a cam caps on the head? i wasn't to sure becuase i thought the b16a and the b16a2 cams had a difference in size. thanks a bunch.

Probably are, but youll need to have the alignment checked on the head if your using new caps..

oh you mean line boring? is what its called? so then i can use the first gen b16 cam caps, but i have to get them line bored?

I dont see why you couldnt.. AFAIK they are all the same within the same series of head..

And yes, it needs to be line bored..
