Default b16 a/c

im trying to piece together my a/c system back together. i bought the bracket and compressor, im getting the condenser, lines and evaporator...any thing else that i should need?

oh by the way i am trying to do this in a 99 ek hatch with a jdm b16a..any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

get the rest of the hardware from another EK (IE hard lines, condenser, dryer,evap, fan, etc). Don't forget to get an A/C belt. I'm assuming you still have the under hood wiring harness still in your car with the fan relay and connector for the A/C compressor.

While you're doing all of this, I'd spring the extra couple bucks and replace the o-rings. Get the green ones from your auto parts store. 2 of the $4 packs should do it. You'll also want some ester oil to lube to orings with. Get the oil without dye in it or it will make searching for leaks later on problematic. I usually pour 2oz of the oil into the compressor (hole nearest the pulley) during assembly, but if you're not doing the evacuation/recharge you could probably skip that. If the dryer has been open to atmosphere for a few days you're supposed to replace it. ~$40 part.

Good luck, I just finished mine this morning and it's nice to have cool A/C again

thanks man, i know that there is a 99 em1 ex sitting at the junk yard, so i hope to either get most of the parts i need there and then ordering them from orielly's...because i just got a job there a few weeks ago
