Default B16 build up help?!?

Alright, heres the deal, I am ready to do a complete build on my B16. I kinda wanna stick with the 1.6, but then again i wanna go with the Gsr short block with b16 head etc..

I was thinking of running high compression, 12.1, Rods, maybe knife edge the crack, everything blueprinted and balanced, and then port and polish the head, valve job, custom ferrera valves, And get everything port matched and do a throttle body, and a JG/edlebrock or skunk2 manifold. I already have Crower CTR cut cams and skunk2 valve springs.

Please recomend a set up or anything if you would like to give feed back its more tahn welcome.

there are so many good piston and rod manufacturers(sp?) these days it is hard to make a decision. go with companies you trust. I am personally just gonna build my b16 with ctr pistons and a light valvetrain upgrade.

See...i was thinking that , CTR oversized with a spoon head gasket. But then again i want higher compression, but i dont have money to fix it when it ***** up. So who knows, JE and eagle rods should be ok. Just have to give enough fuel.
