Hybrid forum moves sooo slow, and doesn't seem to get as many views as tech.

 

yes the b16a1,2,3 are all interchangeable buth e 3 model is obd II block from the si series which means you have provisiono nthe oil pump for the crank sensor. but other wise you can switch the bseres oil pump with a obd 1 pump and you will have block that is obd1 as well but yes all of the blocks are interchangeable

 

alright cool, and would the obd0 oil pump also fit on the b16a3 block?

 

yes but i wouldnt reccomend using a used oil pump on any type of build

 

like viren said it will work the only difference is that the obd2 oil pump has the crank sensor on it
