Are B16 bearings the same as B18c

Are B16 bearings the same as B18c
are b16 bearings the same as b18c bearings? i have heard they are the same but just want to make sure. because if they are i will just order them from the honda dealer instead of the acura dealer

so i can get the mains from honda but not the rod bearings.hmm i actually went down there and they told me different they said i could use mains and rods. but i would trust u sgt over them so i will just go with acura on ordering the bearings

the large ends of the b18c rods are smaller than the b16a/b18a/b/b20a/b/z, so on a b18c crank/rods, the b16a/etc. rods/bearings are too wide.
