Default B-Series Tranny Question

I just put a set of GSR gears in a 94 LS/VTEC Integra. Every thing shifts ok standing still. As soon as you engage the clutch the tranny starts to clank (best way to describe it). When you disengage it its ok again. The drive shafts look like there in all the way. Any ideas.

Take your tranny out and turn the input shaft by hand to check for smooth operation.
