Default b-series tranny question

Are b-series tranny housings the same? Specifically hydraulic trannies?
I have a big chunk out of my b16 hydro tranny casing and have found a gsr hydro tranny casing, can i use it?

hydro tranny's only interchange with hydro tranny's, cable housings are not the same.
unless you have a ys1
