will my 97 civic with gsr motor and obd2 to obd1 harness pass emissions?

yeah it should...if not get a PO box out of the phx area....when i'm in arizona....my mailing address is in RIO RICO ARIZONA....no emmissions down there..

cant do PO boxes anymore
needs to be a physical address and a bill in the registree's name at that address needs to be sent in with the registration.

sucks *** dosent it?
