Default Axle Nut Stuck on good

Im trying to get the axle off my 93 integra and i dont think its ever come off before but its on there real good i put my breaker bar on there and jumped on it a good 20 times and it didnt even budge. i bent out the notch that was made in there but broke my flathead off inside the notch idk if thats stoping it from moving but is there any other way to get the axle out? im buying a new one so harming this one is not a concern

You need penetrating oil and a decent impact gun. Drive the car to a shop and have them break it loose for you with their impact.

I had this same problem when I was doing my engine swap. I also believed mine was never removed. I used penetrating oil and my extended breaker bar from snap on. Its like the size of 2 regular ones lol The amount of leverage really helped. It's def worth purchasing but if it is not in your budget at the moment then the guy above is right. Go to your local shop and have them blast it off with an impact gun.

Damn bro I'm really sorry to hear that. Try putting something over the breaker bar to get more leverage, Like a pipe or something. Also use that penetrating oil, Trust me it helps. BTW I see your a circa skater lol cool, I skate emericas!

I had had to use the following method on my Cousin's Del-Sol as well as my Civic.

I tried penetrating oil, heat and a nice air impact with a very nice compressor to still not have them budge. The thing with heat is, you don't want to get things to hot and cook the grease off your wheel bearings.

Here's what I have done when all else fails and it always works. Actually if my impact won't take it off immediately now days I just do this right away rather than waste my time.

You will need a new axle nut though so pick one up before you do this.

Take a dremel and cut the ring off the nut. Just go around the ring until you cut it off and be careful not to cut into the axle to much. At that point for me an air impact will zip the bastard right off.
