Avg costs of different engine internal modifications?
HI,
What are the avg costs of the following engine 'services' ?
Port & Polish Cylinder head
Balance Crank
Engine Blue-printing
Resleeving or Boring Cylinders
Installing block girdle
Installing pistons and rods

Assembled or parts? Big difference.
P&P = 750 at least. http://www.portflow.com
Resleeve and bore = 800 http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com
Installation and assembly depends on location. Expect at least 500.

head port and polish can vary depending on how much you want done, ..
but a full port, polish and flow test is around $800

The problem with porting is that it is definately a lost art, sending it to the wrong person can hurt you not only on the dyno but in the wallet also
