take one of the bolts that attaches the trans to the motor, and get the same bolts but 1/2" longer

I use the motor mount bolts fromt he side mounts that bolts the motor mounts into the chassis ... my stand's bracket needs long 17mm, some other stands can use the short 17mm that bolt tranny to block ... in case you need to improvise.

I'm still waiting for some to come in from Acura. For the top, I'm using the 12x100 upper motor mount or tranny mount bolt from an Integra. Honda wanted $4.25 each for the same bolts for the Civic. Got both at Acura for $2.85. Could not find fine pitch metric anywhere else.

The bottom holes are not tapped and open on the end so you can use an imperial size bolt that's more readily available at a hardware store with a nut and washer. Just be sure they're long enough to go through the stand and block and still have room to put a nut on. For my stand, that's about 6".

Thanks to tonyx for getting me going in the right direction on this. The motor stand hardware project has been a pain in the ***. I sure hope the motor rebuild goes smoother.
