both of my axles are autozone lifetime warrantied... driver side one went after 2000 miles and the other one had a wabble at full throttle so i decided to replace it...
anyway point is the one i am replacing it with is very stiff on the hub end, where it rotates around. a friend told me az axles are known for this but it will be fine just put it in. anyone ever have these problems with autozone axles?

I've got Advance Auto Parts axles after breaking both mine at seperate times. There probably the same as Auto. They ride just fine and seem to be stronger than factory ones
Just be sure not to take the axles back too many times or they'll pull some bullshit about the warranty and refuse to replace them. Of course then you go to a different AutoZone and do the same thing.
I had the same problem only mine broke as soon as left the driveway. I got another one, but I took it back because it was so stiff it would have done the same thing. Thanks to autozone it now takes a day to change an axle.

when i brought them the first axle i broke( i actually snapped the metal rod in half, not broken at the cv joint) the guy just looked at me funny and i said dont even ask hahah. i think ive gotten like 4 autozone axles in the past 2 months- 2 of the same side on my civic and both sides for my mazda protege

My passenger side axle is going south, and needs to be changed soon. However the driver side axle is fine. Should I change both, or just swap out the problem axle?
The thing I noticed with reman'd axles is you win or lose.
Im a big fan of them because of the lifetime warrenty, but its like you'll put one and it will be ****, or perfect. About how stiff they are, thats actually good, close tolerances. Once u drive around for awhile and pull them back out ull notice that they are normal. But yah i've bought reman'd axles that clicked to all hell like 2k miles after I put them in. Warrenty kicks ***.
