Default Automatic wire harness, Manual car, computer : Car wont start

The car in question is a 95 Integra GSR. It was a stolen recovery, & was orriginally
manual. The problem is that the jerks who stole it messed up the harness all over
the car. The wiring harness was replace with an automatic one.Complete. Computer is a manual P28. Now everything works on the car (lights, guages, etc.) except it wont turn over.
I am guessing that it is the starter interupt that is connected to the clutch pedal assembly. The switch went bad in my Rex and I just crossed the wires, fixed it.
Problem here there are no wires to the clutch?
I inspected the old harness & noticed the wires go to a relay but i can't follow it to the ecu plugs b/c they have been cut off .
Can anyone give me some feedback on this.
I am stuck & I feel bad for my friend, it used to be such a nice car, now its been 6 months, no go.

turn the ign key on, run a wire from +12v batter to the starter switch on top the starter ...

never looked at it before but I think there is a sw that connects one of the relay inputs to grn when the clutch is depressed.
