Automatic tranny slipping in 94 Integra LS ???

The motor has 176,000 miles on it. Never raced or abused. Slips when changing gears, then sometimes jerks a little. I'm not familiar with automatic trannies so any help is appreciated. I'm considering just buying another one, but just trying to think of the best thing to do. The car is a daily driver and needs to be a little more dependable.

I topped it off and that seemed to help, but still slipping
