Default Auto trans fluid flush

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of doing an auto tranny fluid flush on my 92 Integra myself. Has anybody done this? Are there any precautions to be taken?

I've done this on a RWD Volvo - something I learned in the Volvo forum. It consisits in removing one of the two lines that go from the AT to the radiator cooler, connect a hose to the end of the line so it makes it easy to dispose of the fluid as it starts to come out of it. For this to happen you start the engine and start filling fresh fluid through the AT filling tube making sure you don't let the tranny run dry.

It works really well. I got used to do it every spring since it's actually so easy on a RWD car. I'm not so sure on a FWD car since everything is so tight.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
