auto to standard

Is it possible to convert my 94' honda civic from auto to standard?

Is it worth the hassle? No.

If you are going to do it, might as well swap the motor out at the same time. You are going to need new ECU, wiring harness, not to mention hardware. By the time you are done, you could have swapped out your entire motor.
