Default auto p28 for b16

i just completed a b16 swap into my civic. I also converted it from auto to 5 speed. I m still using my auto p28. I drove it for about 20 minutes and the 5 speed tranny locked up. I busted one of the axels. does anyone know if the auto p28 had something to do with this?

the p28 only controls the engine not the tranny
so it does not have anything to do with it.

</TD></TR></TABLE>This is partially true.
The ECU partially controls the A/T, but ONLY cars WITH A/T's. No control whatsoever on 5speeds.
