Default auto to 5-speed

This sounds like a stupid question but im askin anyway!! Im convertin a 88 crx automatic to a 1st gen b16 5-speed ive been told that the tranny mount may be a lil different since the car is a automatic. ive have talked to a few people and they are tellin me there is no difference in the mounts. Can anyone clear this up?

the 88-91 civics auto and 5spd have the same chassis mounts. so if you convert and use a mount kit like hasport you will be ok. the rest is all adding pedals and wiring and mounting the shift linkage.

I did this couple of years ago. there is a lot of info on this. I would rather email you than post or IM you as it will take me while to dig up all my notes to be clear on what you have to do.
