I use Redline assembly lube. Clevite makes some, etc. If you are going to start the motor right away oil is fine, but if its gonna sit for a bit assembly lube is what you need.

White lithium grease is fine on bearings if the engine is going to sit a while. Engine oil may bleed out. Your cam may require break-in lube, usually molybdenum di-sulphide grease ('moly grease').
What ever you do just make sure you prime it before you light it off. Pull the EFI fuse and crank it over for like 30 seconds so when you fire it, it will have oil pressure immediately.
