Default assembly lube

just wondering what kind of assembly lube you guys use. i was thinking of royale purple cuz i can get it at cost. but ill pay whatever for the good stuff. let me know.

I used the Royal Purple on my motor, it did the job. Alot of people use the Torco Assembly Lube which is supposed to be really good.

I use authentic KY Jelly in all of my engines. Best lube on the market.

yeah i know im gonna have to beat my web guy with a crank shaft out of a 454

by the way any one looking to buy torco oil just ask jason for it he gots it in stock
