I have a b18b1 head, and it has the valves/springs and such in it already, i just need to install the rockers/cams/cam caps.

i know how the cams and cam caps go on, but i dont know what tq rating they are? dont you tighten them in a X pattern working your way from the center out?

also, how do you install rockers? i know they sit under the cams, but is there any special way to know which rocker goes where? thanks
