Default arp bolts

how do i go about puttin them in i just hit the old ones out with a hammer but dont know if i wanna bang these in...

slid em down hit em 2-3 times(not to hard) with the hammer and htey went right in no prob

You NEED to take them to a machine shop to get them pressed in and the big end of the rod resized.

you can put the new ones yourself; oem ones come out pretty easy, the arps use the nut and cap.
you do have to take the rod to a machine shop to get the big end round again
