Default A'PEXi WS - rust issues?

I've narrowed my exhaust down to two choices, the A'PEXi WS, and Tanabe Hyper Medallion.

The main differences are the that the Tanabe is slightly louder with a bit of a growl, and the piping is stainless steel, unlike that of the WS.

My uncle, who just happens to own an auto shop, told me it'd be a better idea to go with the Tanabe because it will last longer.

But then again, the WS might be more appealing to my ears. My car is automatic, anyway.

Can any of you shed some light on this?

One last thing. I would have to do some modifications to the hangers on the Tanabe for it to properly. It won't clear my rear lip, but the WS will clear it, and then some.

I really want to take a good look at the undercarriage of my friend's Lude. But I doubt he'll want me to jack the car up because he's got a kit on now.

What do you think though?

A'PEXi WS
- $479.20 shipped (found it for cheaper a while back, but the place is probably out of stock)
- only the canister is stainless steel
- perfect fit

Tanabe HM
- $470 shipped
- fully stainless
- slight modification of hangers is needed

Ive had mine for almost two years now on my coupe. The resonator has a little hole it in from stupid *** speed bumps. Other than that, no problem with rust at all.

the WS2 is the way to go. its nice and quiet, almost stock sounding. maybe its just me but it makes a howling sound like that of a 350z or g35. since you have an auto, you dont want to be deaf at low rpms!
