i am wondering whether it is worth it to get if i only have a exhaust and intake?.....i know i have all the control with this mini hack fuel setup, but does it really help me or what? how much is the average price going for?
they usually go about 200-300. I would get one if you want to tune your car to the max. Keep in mind if you add anything to the engine you will have to re-tune rather than the ECU just setting the specs for timing and fuel mappings.
HTH.

If all you have is exhaust and intake, I say NO.
Besides, when using the "hack" everyone refers to it as, the system learns the new settings and will resort back to its original programming.
This is called Long and Short Term Fuel Correction
When you have an OBD scanning tool, you can monitor the fuel settings, and literally watch the settings resort back towards default configurations.
Not worth it, buy more stuff first.
