Default anyone know?

i have a problem with engine stumbling at low rpm's,engine is obd1.i have tested everything,the only thing left is to change the ignition coil.the timing is perfect,new fuel filter,new plugs,new cap & rotor,cleaned the iacv,checked injector resistence,checkerd volts for injector plugs,changed the 02 sensor etc.....
anyone have an idea?

nope one spark plug wire.the resistence was within specs.it was just bad,really ackward.but it's fixed.
