Default any holes needed to be plugged with skunk 2 IM?

i got a S2 IM for integra LS. are there any holes that need to be plugged in on the manifold or something similar to that? i seem to be losing vacumn pressure somewhere, because the fuel pressure drops down to 0 after a few seconds when I prime it.

Sounds like me that there is a problem with your fuel system not your intake manifold.
