How am I supposed to have the vaccum lines on this hooked up? I have a b16a1 in my 90 integra and my old motor had the vacuum line going from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator solenoid and then to the fuel pressure regulator. Ive seen newer b16s with the vacuum line going from the intake manifold straight to the fuel pressure regulator. Which do i do? I know if i do it wrong it wastes fuel.

 

Your supposed to have it connected directly to the intake manifold, nothing in between.

 

how about on a 2000gsr.. i think my vacum lines are messed up.. the line i have going to to fpr is connected to a splitter which contains other vaccum liens, located under the intake manifod.. is this correct???

damn it.. than i got i wrong... can you specify where the line comes out of of the manifold on a 2000 gsr... thanks for the help!!

 

According to the manuals I have, you need the solenoid between the intake manifold and the regulator on a b18a.
