yeah, my fuel pump wont come on. if i jump the pins in the main relay harness, the pump come on, but if i havve the relay plugged in it doesnt come on. ive tried 3 different relays, and find it hard for all 3 off them to be broken. what else could it be besiddes main relay?? again, if i jump the pins it works..
The pump only runs for about 2 seconds while the main relay is energized when the ignition is first turned to "run". The relay will energize again when the ECU sees pulses from the distributor. Are you checking for power during this period?

no i havent checked for power. what i did was give power to the car, jump the relay harness and i can hear the fuel pump running in the tank. with the pins jumped the pump constantly runs. the car is still a working shell, there is no motor or battery so im using a jumperpackk
