Default Annoying tach Problem...help?

Hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem im having. Car is an 2000 integra, and the motor is a B20/b16head, ECU - Hondata S300

Here goes...

Whenever i'm driving and my rpms go past 6000, my tach will drop to zero and stay there until i rev back down past 6k again. Note my car still works fine past 6000, it's just that the tach acts up.

So heres the deal...

Whenever i plug my stock ECU into my car, it revs up fine and doesnt do the zero out thing. It's only when i plug in a OBD1 ECU with the Wiring jumper harness i got from Rywire.com.

So i think the issue is in the Jumper harness but i dont know. Any help is appreciated, Its not the dizzy.
