Default how 2 stop a b18c5 whistle

i have a 92 civic si hb with a jdm b18c itr motor. ever since i installed the motor it whistles. only when the gas pedal is so far down. no matter what speed or gear, as long as the pedal is at that same point it will stay whistling. if i let go of the pedal a little it stops if i push the pedal harder it stops. i tried changing all of the rubber hoses thinking it was a vacuum leak i changed the cold air intake and today i changed the throttle body gasket and nothing helps. has anybody ever heard of this happening before, does anybody know how to make it stop

hope theres somebody

thanks

Don´t know if it will help but here goes.
Happened to me once in my 91 turbo hatch. It was to much fuel pressaure. I´ve reduced it and no more strange whistle.
